Job Requirements: Sorting and Organizing: Lift, carry, push, and pull packages on a continuous and repetitive basis Processing: Timely Complete all processing, receiving, and shipping activities in accordance with productivity standards Safety: Perform job functions in a safe manner and promptly report any accidents or safety hazards affecting safe operation to the safety committee. Equipment: Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment as needed. Team Collaboration: Must be able to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment. Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and People Leaders. Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English. Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform Prolonged periods (up to 8 hours) of standing/walking around the facility or department (excluding breaks) Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, pushing and pulling Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50-75lbs Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Ability to hear and see safety/emergency alarms and Power Industrial Truck (PIT) warning devices to ensure safety while on the warehouse floor
