Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout outdoor public areas, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points, observe visitor activity, and assist with crowd flow during daily operations, public events, and/or special programs at the location.; Support the protection of property and grounds by identifying hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious behavior, then reporting findings through appropriate channels.
