Our client, a global organization in the corporate support sector, is seeking an Executive Administrator II to join their team. As an Executive Administrator II, you will be part of the Administrative Support Department supporting senior leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a self-driven, motivated, and collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders within the organization.
Coordinate complex internal and external meetings with global stakeholders.
Manage and maintain detailed and dynamic calendars for executive teams.
Prepare documents, presentations, and communications with professionalism and accuracy.
Handle confidential information with discretion and support global initiatives and projects.
What's Needed?
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive work ethic.
Ability to handle sensitive data with professionalism and confidentiality.
