What Youll Do

• Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and project documentation
• Review plans and submittals with a strong attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents, Project Engineers, and trade partners
• Ensure projects stay on track through thoughtful, methodical execution

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
• Clear, direct communication style
• Ability to focus deeply and follow through to completion
• Preference for structure, stability, and clear expectations
• Experience in commercial construction (ground-up and/or interiors)
