Flowers Foods - - Responsibilities: Sets up all equipment according to established standards.; Ensures an even continuous flow of the proper pans into the pan-o-mat.; Sets up all equipment in the pan system, including pan stacker, unstacker and all pan guides on the pan cooling system according to established procedures.; Ensures proper stacking of pans and storage in designated area.; Have the ability to operate roll model-k, panomat, proofer and oven when necessary.
