Home Depot - - Responsibilities: Lead, train, coach and develop associates in the department to ensure excellent service; Ensure customers can easily find merchandise; Provide input into operational and merchandising decisions to Store Management Team and Operations Team; Apply strong product and operational knowledge to department management; Support various store departments as needed depending on store structure
