The Opportunity:

Perseid Restaurant seeks an enthusiastic Prep Cook to join the team! This role will be collaborating closely with the broader Food & Beverage operations team. You will be part of a team that is passionate about celebrating creativity and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Role:

The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients and food components needed by line cooks during service, helping ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. This role supports daily food preparation, maintains organization and cleanliness of prep areas, follows food - safety and sanitation standards, and works collaboratively with the culinary team to maintain consistent quality throughout service.

Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position.
