We're hiring Appointment Setters to work warm leads. Connect with interested customers and schedule appointments with our sales analysts who help clients exit service contracts they no longer need.

What You'll Do:

• Make daily outbound calls with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle inbound calls
• Set appointments for the sales team
• Enter client info into our CRM
• Use company-provided scripts
• Participate in team meetings and training
• Must be able to set 8-10 appointment daily

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills, Strong computer skills, Microsoft office suite
• Customer service background, passion for helping people
• Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to company policies
• 1+ year in sales or telemarketing
• Self-motivated team player looking to be a part of the success in closing deals
• Must be flexible to work:
  • Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM
  • Monday to Friday 11:30AM to 8:00PM
  • Tuesday to Thursday 8:30AM - 5:30PM, Friday 8:30AM - 5PM; and Saturday 9AM - 4PM

We offer hourly pay + commission. Paid training.
