Are you an ENERGETIC, ORGANIZED, PROFESSIONAL looking to use your administrative and customer service skills in a fun, health-focused environment? Stretch Zone is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to support our studio locations. This role is ideal for candidates with outstanding phone skills and prior experience using ClubReady software (preferred but not required).

This position is essential to the day-to-day success of our studios, ensuring smooth operations, excellent client service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for all clients and prospects, both in-person and by phone.

Perform Intake Screening for all clients and membership sign-up.

Monitor client sessions to ensure appointments run on time

Coordinate and/or attend Community Events and Local BSB Events to help promote Stretchzone

Handle scheduling, client inquiries, and follow-up communications

Promote client renewals and support new client acquisition through phone and text outreach to warm leads.

Assist with studio upkeep and cleanliness

Collaborate with stretch practitioners and management to provide outstanding client experiences
