Housekeeper

Cleans and prepares model apartment for viewing by prospective residents by performing the following duties.

The activities listed below are not all inclusive; however, they are indicative of the type of activities normally performed by the Housekeeper. Other duties may be assigned.

Essential Functions:

• Cleans units thoroughly and makes them ready for tenant move in.
• Cleans and prepares amenities and common areas for viewing
• Empties wastebaskets and transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies for model and office.
• Assists with cleaning grounds and other maintenance when needed.

Requirements:

High school education preferred; one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Abilities and Aptitudes:

Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
