Oak View Group - 3700 Cullen Boulevard - Responsibilities: Handle assigned work orders for all services and activities involved in the maintenance and operations of the venue including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, chillers, refrigeration, ice making, boilers and associated equipment.; Perform maintenance on electrical systems (replace light bulbs and receptacles, etc.); Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failure and extend the lifespan of machinery; Repair or replace faulty equipment and components, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems; Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies through our work order system
