Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout hospital buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points, lobbies, and high-traffic areas while assisting with directions, visitor screening processes, and general support for daily operations in a healthcare setting.
