Bringing Your Best Self to the Desk.

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment (or strong internship experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
• Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree preferred; motivated recent graduates encouraged to apply

A Peek at Your Workday.

• Manage incoming/outgoing mail, including checks, tax documents, and scanning
• Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
• Maintain calendars, schedules, and answer incoming calls
• Support office operations, including conference room scheduling, document preparation, and ordering supplies/food
• Coordinate internal meetings, recruiting activities, and client events
• Greet visitors and liaise with building services
• Assist the Wealth Management team with client service and operational support
