GreatLaw, a small but mighty Houston-area law firm that takes pride in its work-life balance, is seeking to add Partner/Senior Counsel level lawyers to its Corporate/Transactional team. We are especially interested in finding an attorney with asmall, medium or large book of portable business who may be overlooked/underappreciated in their current legal roles. This position can be remote or in the office.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has extensive experience in the corporate/transactional area, especially in construction and contract law.
• Is a practical and personable advisor of clients.
• Is extremely well organized.
• Can balance our sometimes chaotic sense of fun and humor with the need to get things done when it's time for the rubber to hit the road.
• Has portable business stemming from long-standing relationships.

Requirements (please only apply if these are met):

• A minimum of 5 years experience.
• Must be located in Houston, TX (or one of its 7,000 suburbs)
