Join us at Crowe and help shape the future of our industry.Job Description:Crowe's Performance Improvement department in the Strategy & Transaction Advisory practice helps clients significantly improve profitability by addressing operational challenges, developing an executable improvement plan, quantifying the financial value of improvements, and partnering with clients to capture the savings.We are looking for a Master Scheduler Inventory Optimization Senior Consultant with manufacturing operations experience who can observe current production numbers, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and provide advice and recommendations to reduce and eliminate production issues.OverviewResponsible for taking a holistic approach to identifying business improvement opportunities, developing solutions, managing initiatives, and identifying the resources and disciplines needed to execute the process. Responsibilities include operational, financial and process analysis, strategy development, process reengineering, and modeling (e.g., LEAN/Six Sigma) and continuous improvement to deliver operational transformation.Essential skills and responsibilitiesPerform assessments by conducting operational and shop-floor observations and using analytical skills to understand client environmentsDevelop and deploy KPIs and operating systems to measure and improve operating performanceDevelop, manage, and lead continuous process improvement initiativesDeliver training, coach, and mentor client staffExecute a portion of the scope of work as assigned and ensure deliverables are achieved on time and within budgetLeverage Lean, Six Sigma, and Performance Improvement tools to enhance productivity#LI-HybridQualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is requiredAt least five (5) years of planning and scheduling, manufacturing operations and/or consulting experience in a manufacturing environment; operations consulting is a plusAbility to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environmentAbility to interact with internal management and external client contacts using strong leadership and communication skillsProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsStrong interpersonal communication, influencing, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilitiesMust be willing to travel 80 - 100%Preferred QualificationsAdvanced Degree: MBA or related Master's degreeExtensive operations consulting experience with a focus on large-scale performance improvementsProficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical toolsPreferred Locations: Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Nashville, TNWe expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. The range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differences.
