Memorial Hermann - - Responsibilities: Provides direct patient care for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.; Vital signs (pre and post treatment), visual monitoring of a patients condition, hygiene support, toileting support, mobility support, nutrition support, bathing support, charting, and other activities of daily living as needed.; Responsible for timely and accurate documentation of information. Should appropriately report any unusual changes or findings to the nurse.; Assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment.
