Civicap Partners Investments is a Houston-based real estate investment firm focused on

workforce housing across the Texas Triangle and select growth markets. We are seeking a highly

organized, proactive Office Manager & Executive Assistant to support senior leadership while

overseeing day-to-day office operations.

This role is ideal for a seasoned administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced,

entrepreneurial environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. The position combines traditional

executive support with operational ownership of the office and administrative infrastructure.

Schedule preference: Part-time (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–1:00pm) preferred; open to full-time for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management & Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and professional work
  • environment
  • Manage office vendors and service providers (IT, telecom, office supplies, cleaning,
  • building management, etc.)
  • Assist with internal events, team meetings, and office culture initiatives
  • Support accounting and finance teams with administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide ad-hoc support on special projects and firm initiatives

Executive Assistant Support

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar
  • management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and expense reporting
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, investor communications, and internal
  • reviews
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage priorities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
  • (investment, real estate, finance, or professional services preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • High level of discretion and judgment when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM,
  • expense, and document-management tools a plus
  • Professional, polished demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills
