Join us in shaping the future of energy. **The Role:**The Senior Procurement Manager - EPC will serve as a key commercial and contracting leader within the EPC Procurement organization, independently managing the development, negotiation, and execution of complex EPC and construction agreements for utility scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage system projects. The successful candidate will take full ownership of contract strategy, drafting, negotiation, commercial risk management, and contract administration, working in close partnership with Legal and cross functional stakeholders across development, engineering, construction, finance, and insurance.This role requires a seasoned contracting professional with deep experience structuring and negotiating EPC agreements. The individual will be a key commercial driver throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring Repsol secures bankable, execution ready contracts that enable the successful delivery of solar and wind assets across North America.Develop contract strategies, commercial frameworks, and risk‐mitigation approaches tailored to solar PV construction, wind turbine installation, transmission and substation scopes, civil works, electrical balance‐of‐system (EBOS) requirements, and OEM/vendor interfaces. Maintain organized and audit‐ready documentation to support internal governance, regulatory needs, and project financing requirements often associated with large‐scale renewable projects. Perform other related duties that support the successful contracting and execution of utility‐scale solar and wind projects. **Minimum qualifications:** 9+ years of proven experience independently negotiating EPC and complex construction contracts for largeWorking knowledge of EPC/BOP contracting for Solar PV and Wind projects is preferred, but experience in a similar industry with complex EPC agreements will also be considered.Experience managing competitive tender processes for EPC and major equipment contracts. Strong analytical capability and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of technical and commercial data.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
