Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a utilities location; Monitor and document the entry and exit of employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vehicles, checking credentials, authorizations, and delivery information in accordance with site policies; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns and/or unusual activity through the appropriate chain of command; Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, gates, yards, and perimeter areas to help identify unauthorized activity, damaged barriers, and/or other security-related issues; Maintain accurate logs, reports, and visitor records, and communicate clearly with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or first responders as needed
