Warehouse Associate / Material Handler

Work Schedule: 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday (Flexible to work Saturday half days if needed)

The Material Handler is responsible for safely moving, handling, and organizing materials throughout the facility to support production and warehouse operations. This role ensures materials are received, stored, and delivered efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products
• Move materials to production lines and workstations as needed
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other material handling equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies
• Organize warehouse and production areas to ensure efficient workflow
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Support production team as needed

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Forklift experience preferred (or willing to be trained)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Experience with inventory systems
• Experience working in a production environment
