Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help support a visible presence and identify unusual activity; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for policy compliance, potential theft, and/or other disruptive behavior, and communicate with management regarding security-related issues; Assist with de-escalation, crowd management, and after-hours closing procedures while maintaining professional interaction with customers and staff
