We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of complex, enterprise-level applications and internal platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in data-heavy, workflow-driven environments and can simplify complex systems into intuitive, scalable user experiences.

You will own the end-to-end UX design process, from early concept through delivery, working closely with product managers, engineers, and research teams to build impactful, user-centered solutions.

Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Location: Spring, TX (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own UX design for complex enterprise products from concept through delivery
• Design workflow-heavy, data-rich interfaces that drive efficiency and accuracy
• Translate business and technical requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Apply systems thinking to ensure scalable, consistent, and maintainable design solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on scope, feasibility, and delivery
• Create interactive prototypes and design artifacts to clearly communicate design intent
• Contribute to and enhance design systems, standards, and best practices
• Incorporate user research insights into design decisions
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall UX maturit
