This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, for an Industrial Inside Sales Representative. The role involves actively supporting customers by processing sales inquiries, facilitating order placement, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with clients by delivering top-notch customer service. The role also involves product knowledge development, ensuring alignment with customer needs, and supporting the sales process to deliver tailored solutions.

• Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with a proven ability to acquire and retain clients.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences and support.
• Experience in Account Management, including developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency in relevant sales software and tools is preferred.
• Background in the electrical supply industry or industrial sales is a plus but not required.
