About the Role

Location: Houston or San Antonio (Hybrid / Field-Based)

National LED, LLC is seeking a driven Commercial Sales Executive to help grow our presence across key commercial markets in Texas. This is an outside sales role focused on building and expanding a book of business through new customer acquisition and long-term relationship management.

This role is ideal for a hunter who enjoys owning their territory, working directly with customers, and selling solutions in a commercial, construction, or facilities-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 12 years of progressive sales experience, with a strong emphasis on outside or field-based sales
• Proven ability to build and grow a book of business from the ground up
• Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close
• Experience selling into commercial environments, with comfort navigating multiple stakeholders
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and decision-makers
• Self-motivated, results-driven seller who thrives in an autonomous, territory-based role
• Background in commercial sales within industries such as warehouses, industrial facilities, or large-scale commercial properties
• Experience selling to property managers, owners, or facilities teams
• Exposure to construction-related sales, including working with contractors, developers, or project-based sales cycles
• Prior experience in the lighting and/or electrical industry is a significant plus
• Familiarity with technical or consultative selling environments where product knowledge matters
• Ability to identify new market opportunities and expand presence within an assigned territory
• Comfortable balancing hunting for new business with expanding existing accounts
• Experience collaborating with internal teams to support complex or longer sales cycles
