Texas Litigation Attorney (Products Liability/Premises Liability)

Konexo US is seeking a Texas-based litigation attorney with several years of experience in products liability/premises liability matters to support the firm's litigation practice group. This opportunity is an independent contractor role for project-based work and is ideal for individuals who are freelancing or looking for limited duration opportunities.

• Start date: As soon as possible
• Work pattern: Part-time to Full-time
• Contract duration: 2 months, possibility of extension
• Location: Texas (Hybrid)

What you should have:

• 4+ years' experience representing clients in products liability/premises liability litigation matters in Texas state and federal courts
• Experience drafting and reviewing litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to set priorities
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
