Daily Responsibilities: Prepare accurate take-offs and estimates for commercial construction projects Utilize PlanSwift software to create detailed estimates Manage change orders and punch out lists throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate pre-construction activities, including civil construction and submittals Assist with project closeout, including scope development and final inspections Required Skills: Experience in building construction and structural design Proficiency in Xactimate and Bluebeam software Strong knowledge of construction management principles Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Excellent communication skills for interacting with project teams and clients Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Request For Information (RFI) processes Familiarity with project controls and bidding procedures Salary and Benefits: Salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
