MRC Global - - Responsibilities: Perform administrative, clerical, and data entry duties to support sales operations.; Answer incoming calls from customers and internal contacts, take messages, and follow up as appropriate.; Assist with processing purchase orders, sales orders, expediting, sales quotes, buyouts, and/or direct shipments with vendor verification using company software.; Maintain relevant files and process incoming and outgoing mail; assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, copying, filing, and office supply orders.; Establish and maintain excellent rapport with management, branch employees, vendors, and customers through written correspondence and phone etiquette.
