Environmental Safety Manager

Are you a safety leader who thrives on creating secure, compliant, and efficient work environments? We're seeking an experienced Environmental Safety Manager to lead critical safety initiatives, emergency preparedness programs, and risk management efforts for a respected organization in Southwest Houston.

What You'll Do:

• Lead environmental health & safety programs across multiple departments
• Conduct inspections, hazard assessments, and corrective action follow-up
• Manage emergency drills, fire safety programs, and disaster readiness plans
• Oversee Safety Officers and support training initiatives
• Track incidents, analyze risks, and implement preventative solutions
• Partner with Operations, Facilities, IT, and leadership teams to strengthen safety culture

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in environmental safety, facilities, emergency management, or life safety
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/safety regulations and compliance standards
• Experience leading training programs and presenting to groups
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
