Compensation & Structure

• Salary up to $180,000, depending on experience
• 1,900 billable hours

What They're Looking For

• 2–5 years of relevant experience, with openness to considering stronger candidates with 6–8 years
• Experience handling state workers' compensation claims
• Familiarity with BRCs, CCHs, or related proceedings
• Strong skills in motion practice, pleadings, and court readiness
• Texas bar admission or eligibility
• Prior deposition or trial experience is a plus
• Someone who can contribute quickly in a busy defense practice

Location:

Houston

• Generally 4 days per week in office, with some flexibility depending on the candidate and team
