We're hiring a Residential HVAC Division Manager to lead and scale a growing residential service & installation operation in the Houston market. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who knows how to build teams, drive revenue, and deliver top-tier customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily operations across residential HVAC service, maintenance, and installs
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing field teams
• Own KPIs: sales performance, margins, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
• Improve processes across dispatch, scheduling, and service delivery
• Partner with leadership on strategy, forecasting, and growth initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years in residential HVAC, with leadership experience
• Proven success managing service + install teams
• Strong business mindset with P&L experience
• Deep knowledge of HVAC systems and residential operations
