HVAC Parts Runner (Entry-Level - Path to Service Technician)

Morgan Pro Services is a locally owned company providing AC, heating, electrical, and remodeling services across the Houston metro. We're looking for a motivated HVAC Parts Runner to join our team at the ground level and begin a real career in the HVAC industry.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude who wants to learn the trade from the inside out and grow into a full HVAC Service Technician role.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some overtime and occasional Saturday work may be required)

Primary Job Function You will support our installation and service teams by delivering parts and equipment to job sites, organizing and maintaining the warehouse, tracking inventory, and assisting with various tasks around the shop and field. This role is the perfect starting point for someone who wants to learn the HVAC trade and grow with the company.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction or trade background
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with HVAC industry or supply houses
• Certificate of Completion from an HVAC Technical School (a big plus)
