Temporary Recruiter Assistant

A premier global law firm is seeking a Recruiter Assistant to join its Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within a sophisticated, fast-paced professional services environment while supporting recruiting efforts across multiple offices.

What You'll Do:

• Support all aspects of attorney recruiting, including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and recruiting logistics
• Assist with the summer associate program, including planning, event logistics, and on-site execution of programming
• Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Support recruiting events such as law school outreach, networking receptions, and firm-hosted programs
• Collaborate with attorneys, recruiting team members, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless candidate and summer associate experience
• Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, maintaining recruiting databases, and reporting on candidate activity
• Help deliver an exceptional candidate experience through strong communication and process support
• Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Approximately 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, events, hospitality, or a professional services environment preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Professional demeanor with a client-service mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; applicant tracking system experience is a plus
• Based in Houston and comfortable working 4 days in-office, with occasional travel to Austin and Dallas
