Houston Methodist - 4401 Garth Road - Responsibilities: Educates patients on the dining services programs and diet orders; Serves as the first point of contact for all complaints involving patient Food Services; Ensures timely meal/tray delivery and accuracy of trays prior to delivery; Communicates pertinent information to nursing, dietitians, and peers to support problem resolution; Contributes toward improvement of department scores for patient satisfaction and engagement
