A growing boutique litigation firm in Houston is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney (5+ years) with experience in business, real estate, or construction disputes.
This is a strong opportunity for an attorney looking to step into a high-responsibility, client-facing role, working on complex commercial matters within a firm that is actively expanding.
The Role
You will handle a mix of commercial litigation matters, including:
- Business disputes and contract litigation
- Commercial and residential real estate matters
- Construction-related disputes
- Case management from inception through trial
- Direct client interaction and strategic involvement
The firm operates on an hourly billing model (no contingency work), with a strong focus on results-driven litigation and client engagement.

Requirements
- 5+ years of civil litigation experience
- Background in commercial litigation, real estate, or construction law
- Strong skills across discovery, motions, and trial preparation
- Comfortable with hourly billing and client-facing work
- Licensed to practice law in Texas

- Experience handling business or real estate disputes end-to-end
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality work product
- Interest in long-term growth within a boutique litigation environment
