The Post Oak Hotel is seeking a Wine Cellar Runner to join the only Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. The Wine Cellar Runner will be responsible for maintaining the general organization and cleanliness of the wine cellar, including managing wine location numbers, and monitoring inventory. Responsibilities Fulfill requisition orders for the various F&B outlets within The Cellar at the Post Oak wine program Ensure that wines are properly received from distributors, and that all products are correctly stocked Monitor inventory levels within the Cellar to ensure that items may be properly reordered (where applicable), and that all Wine Directors are kept informed of 86'd items Assist the Director of Beverage with routine inventory Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; c...Wine, Runner, Grocery
