Handle incoming mail, packages, and checks; ensure timely distribution to the correct departments. Support multiple departments with administrative tasks and assist with campus events like Open House, Orientation, and Graduation. Coordinate and deliver professional campus tours, maintain guest records, and provide feedback on visitor interactions. Manage marketing material inventory and assist admissions leadership with paperwork and other support duties as needed Qualifications Education / Experience. High School diploma or GED required.
