As a Financial Analyst IV, you will provide advanced financial analysis and strategic support to the Houston Permitting Center (HPC) service line, a critical component of operations that ensures resource availability and cost alignment. In this role, you will strengthen oversight of liens by developing a comprehensive framework to understand lien activities, improve collection processes, and forecast lien collections. You will ensure accurate booking, reconciliation, and reporting of liens while delivering analytical insights and identifying alternative strategies for recovering operational costs. Additionally, you will serve as a key advisor to leadership and the Service Line Director by providing strategic performance analysis across all operational and administrative activities.
