divh2Housekeeper, Full-Time/h2pAbout the Role: The Housekeeper cleans and sanitizes public spaces, common areas, and resident apartments to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role involves interacting with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner while ensuring adherence to all safety and cleaning protocols./ppResponsibilities:/pulliFloor Maintenance: Sweep, dust, damp mop, wet mop, strip, wax, and buff floors as needed. Set up and remove caution signs to ensure resident and visitor safety./liliCarpet Cleaning: Vacuum, shampoo, deodorize, and disinfect carpets./liliSurface Cleaning: Clean and disinfect surfaces by removing dirt, dust, grease, and residue using appropriate solutions.
