Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, visitor reception duties, badge and access support, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.; Monitor entry activity, verify identification and visitor records, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with location policies and front desk protocols.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to the appropriate personnel when needed.; Answer phones, assist employees, guests, and vendors, and communicate clearly with site contacts regarding security-related questions, deliveries, and/or access requests.; Maintain accurate logs, reports, and front desk documentation related to visitors, incidents, and daily activity within a professional aerospace and defense location.
