You'll be the one transforming job sites, hanging doors, setting hardware, dialing in spring tension, and leaving every customer with a system that works beautifully. When service needs arise, you'll bring that same precision and professionalism to repairs and diagnostics. If you're a builder at heart who loves working with your hands, working independently, and seeing tangible results every day, this is your opportunity.You Will Be Trusted To Install residential and commercial garage door systems with precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship as your primary focusHang door panels, set tracks, tension springs, and configure openers and hardware to manufacturer and safety standardsComplete full installation jobs independently, managing your time and materials on sitePerform service calls, diagnostics, and repairs when needed, bringing the same quality to every visitHandle heavy components safely and confidently, including springs, panels, and hardwareDeliver a clean, professional job site and a great customer experience on every callRepresent our brand with pride in every neighborhood you work inYou Qualify With At least 1 year of hands-on experience in installation, construction, or home servicesHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to read instructions, work with basic math, and communicate clearly with customersStrong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to manage a job independentlyWillingness to learn new products, systems, and techniquesAbility to lift up to 80 lbs and carry it short distancesAdditional Success Factors 1 to 2 years of garage door installation experience, residential or commercialExperience hanging doors, working with springs and openers, or using power tools in the fieldBackground in construction trades, field service, or building systemsEqual Opportunity EmployerEco Garage Door Services is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
