A client of our recruiting firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join a growing plaintiff-side personal injury practice in Houston. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who wants hands-on case responsibility, strong mentorship, and the ability to grow within an expanding law firm.

Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications:

Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas

14 years of legal experience; personal injury exposure strongly preferred

Ability to manage a docket of pre-litigation personal injury matters

Willingness to work in-office and maintain a consistent on-site presence

Experience evaluating claims, case value, liability, and whether to accept new matters

Strong negotiation, communication, and client service skills when working with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel

Must be highly organized and able to prioritize deadlines across multiple active files

Comfortable working independently while collaborating with attorneys, case managers, and litigation support staff

Able to handle matters involving motor vehicle accidents, trucking claims, premises liability, workplace injuries, and related cases

Associate Attorney Preferred Background & Skills:

Bilingual communication skills are a plus

Professional, coachable, team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to grow in plaintiff personal injury law
