Set the expectations and monitor the performance on job site.Customer Service- Be proactive. Routinely check job sites, take pictures to show property managers, and resolve problems quickly. Always deliver what you promise.Sales- Enhancements, renewing contracts, work on budgets, help resolve any past due invoicing.You will be assigned a portfolio of commercial clients/properties to develop your relationships with, suggest improvements, and retain.The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the horticultural and or landscape industry, in the same or similar role. Position will require applying control measures and fertilization applications to trees and shrubs on an independent basis to upscale private and large corporate properties. Spray operator licensing desired.
