We are looking for an experienced and passionate Shift Leader to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as ambassador for brand standards and company values. Knows and coaches to them at every opportunity.
  • Execute Food Safety & Line Checks 100% on every shift and takes any corrective action required
  • Perform Management Travel Paths and Pre-shift Meeting Checklists in accordance with Shift Checklists.
  • Manage cash control and security procedures.
  • Manage labor and food cost throughout shift
  • Take appropriate actions to ensure the restaurant's vision and associated targets are met shift by shift.
  • Hold all Team Members and other management team accountable to the brand standards.
  • Solve shift related problems, identify opportunities and communicate well to General Manager and Restaurant Managers about how restaurant can improve performance.
  • Ensure a safe working and Guest experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
  • Leader – ability to train, develop and hold team members accountable to brand standards.
  • Manager – organized, detailed oriented, sets goals, and has a proven track record of delivering goals consistently. Can manage multiple deadlines with a sense of urgency.
  • Continuous Improvement mindset – identify opportunities to improve team member performance
  • System-oriented – uses systems and checklists to ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Accountable – takes responsibility for mistakes, owns solutions as well as problems. Holds the team accountable.
  • Tech Savvy – proficient in ops-based technology & BOH software (i.e. Restaurant 365) and Microsoft Office
  • Self-starter – for both business and self-development. Avid learner
  • Guest service mentality – has a genuine desire to serve others and create connections
  • Communication – strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Math Ability – This position requires excellent business math skills
  • Reasoning Ability – This position requires strong problem solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to be flexible and adapt in any situation.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities – This position reports to the Restaurant Manager & General Manager and requires supervisor responsibilities of team members
