Responsiblefor plant safety, compliance, quality, and productivity standards with hands-on duties in material handling, packaging, documentation, and emergency response.Key Qualifications:+ Strong English reading, math, and technical skills+ Ability to qualify on various processes/equipment+ 1-2 years manufacturing experience, preferably in the chemical industry+ 1+ year forklift driving experience+ Ability to read and interpret safety rules, formulas, operating instructions, and procedure manuals+ Effective verbal and written communication+ Physically able to lift/move up to 75 lbs (with assistance)Core Responsibilities:+ Operate and monitor packaging equipment and chemical processes+ Handle, store, and transport chemical materials using forklifts and other equipment+ Follow appropriate procedures for manual and automated operations+ Package materials in proper containers+ Respond to emergency situations and participate in shutdowns as needed+ Keep accurate records (data sheets, inventory, inspection reports, environmental reports)+ Maintain high standards of quality and housekeeping+ Complete operator training and certifications+ Work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed to meet production demands+ Comply with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) procedures and policiesWork Environment:+ Regular exposure to wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, chemicals, high places, fumes, heat, noise, vibration, and outdoor weatherAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
