This position supports daily shipping and receiving operations and ensures orders are processed accurately and efficiently.Responsibilities:* Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.* Assist with unloading trucks and receiving incoming merchandise.* Verify incoming materials and check shipments for accuracy.* Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or storage bins according to company standards.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.* Follow all warehouse safety procedures and wear required PPE.* Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment.* Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers when authorized.* Support shipping and receiving departments as needed.Qualifications:* 1-2 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order pulling experience preferred.* Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers is preferred.* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.* Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.Physical Requirements:* Frequently lift and move items weighing 10-50 lbs.* Occasionally lift items weighing over 100 lbs. with assistance.* Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.* Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.Pasadena (Houstn) TX 3155
