POSITION OVERVIEW

They are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to support strategic business growth throughout the region. This role is ideal for individuals with experience leading customer relationships, managing complex projects, and delivering results in demanding environments.

Veterans, transitioning service members, reservists, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Experience gained through military service in maintenance, engineering, operations, logistics, industrial systems, power generation, aviation, shipboard systems, or related technical fields is highly valued.

This position requires a consultative approach to sales, working directly with engineers, maintenance personnel, operations leaders, and procurement teams to identify equipment repair opportunities and provide technical solutions that support customer mission readiness and operational reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Develop and expand business opportunities within industrial, energy, power generation, and manufacturing markets.

? Build trusted relationships with customers and key decision-makers.

? Identify opportunities for rotating equipment repair, coatings, grinding, machining, and refurbishment services.

? Assess customer requirements, technical specifications, and operational challenges to develop effective solutions.

? Lead proposal development, quoting activities, and contract negotiations.

? Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

? Maintain a strong field presence through customer visits, industry events, and business development activities.

? Gather and communicate market intelligence to support company growth strategies.

? Represent our client's capabilities and commitment to quality, safety, and execution excellence.
