Job Title

Utilize TMS technology to build and execute truckload, LTL, international, and hotshot movements for clients. Resolve and track customer complaints and issues. Provide data interpretation and cleansing as required. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) as required. Support the client billing process & resolve disputes. Extensive use of email technology to sort, respond, assign, and action emails as required.
