5.Must be flexible, motivated, creative and willing to learn new skills
6.Must be able to work collaboratively with other after school program staff, school day teachers, parents, administrators, etc. to meet the goals and expectations of the program.
7.Hours: Elementary 2:30 - 6:30 p.m. Secondary 3:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Communication
Participate in workshop, monthly meetings, and professional development opportunities to improve job performance while creating a high quality After-School program

None Working Conditions-Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
The employee is expected to maintain emotional control under stress. Frequent standing, stooping, bending, pulling and pushing, moving small media equipment, desks, and other classroom equipment are required while performing the duties of this job.
*Salary is commensurate with experience
*Minimum Salary $12.00 per hour
* Please note that this role requires in-person attendance and is not eligible for remote work.
Sheldon ISD will accept applications for this position through July 8, 2025. After this date, applications will continue to be accepted in the event a suitable candidate is not identified. If no viable candidate is selected from the initial applicant pool, applications submitted after July 8th will be reviewed in ten-day intervals until a candidate is recommended for hire.
