High school diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred) 2+ years of secretarial or administrative experience (school district experience preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication platforms Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Skills & Competencies Excellent organization and time management Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Ability to work independently and collaboratively
