The Supply Clerk will prepare transfer documents and receipts, monitor inventories and prepare requisitions to restock items along with prepare items for shipment.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Maintain contract and purchasing files for auditing purposes and for forecasting pricing trends for developing future purchasing plansSupervise supplies when they arrive at the warehouseEnsure the items received are not damaged Prepare a proper catalog for items in the supply cageImplement and manage supply processes for accurately overseeing and maintaining inventory of select expendable and consumable items in the warehouseOrganize warehouse in a manner that supports supply hub distribution Inventory supply cage weeklySet up a reorder/replenish point on all items storedIdentify any inventory imbalancesEnsure that invoices are processed and filed in a timely mannerReport all supply activities to higher managementEnsure operational standards and processes are understood and reinforced at all levelsSupervise the Watco Environmental Compliance ProgramOperates trucks and forklifts as neededOther duties as assignedQualifications Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Experience with purchase ordering, inventory control, and related operational workflowsProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, including data entry and spreadsheet creation for tracking and analysis Skilled in customer service, supporting both current and prospective customersAble to read and interpret safety rules, invoices, expense reports, and procedure manualsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing routine reports, presenting information clearly, and speaking effectively before groupsCompetent in basic shop math, including calculating area, circumference, length, and volumeExperienced in operating trucks and forklifts to move high-volume product safely and efficientlyValid Driver's license requiredValid TWIC card or ability to obtain valid TWIC card upon hireEducation Must be 18 years of age or older with High School or GED equivalent#J-18808-Ljbffr
